Training lessons are individualized based on a questionnaire or after a musculoskeletal diagnostics. Lessons usually include a warm-up, mobility and structured training. Clients interested in a long-term relationship (minimum 2 months) will be given access to the Hevy app where a personalized exercise plan will be created. Hevy also allows clients to track progress through workout parameters and body metrics.
Online coaching is primarily for advanced individuals with specific goals, but I don’t generally recommend it. The main drawbacks include limited personal attention and lack of interaction in the gym, which can limit individual customization of a training plan. Training may be less effective because it is not possible to check the correctness of the exercises on site and there is a lack of feedback.
The personalized menu is created based on a questionnaire and include three different weekly menu options. Each version is designed to provide a balanced nutrient intake that is in line with your goals.
Effective diagnostics provide key information for training strategy and ensure that training is safe and effective, tailored to individual needs. Musculoskeletal testing includes static testing in a variety of positions, active and passive range testing in joints, diagnosis of soft tissue properties, muscle shortening tests, muscle strength tests, hypermobility tests, back mobility testing, and screening of basic movement patterns.
